Cancellation Policy

To cancel your service, we require a notice period of one (1) month prior to your scheduled service or renewal date. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and resources. If cancellation is requested with less than one month's notice, you may be subject to fees equivalent to the service value for that period.

Refund Policy

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We consider each situation individually, taking into account the circumstances of the cancellation, the notice provided, and the specific service agreement. Our primary goal is to be fair and reasonable, but please note that certain services or fees may be non-refundable as outlined in your contract or service agreement.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, deposits, or fees are non-refundable once they have been initiated or completed. These will be clearly outlined in your service agreement.
